I try to make my content not on the main stream types, but, on what is going on in my own life. Most of my songs are songs pointed towards my Girlfriend. She is my Reason, My Inspiration.
I write songs somewhat relating to Secondhand Serenade. He is my musical Inspiration. My genre is alternative. I also like bands like The All American Rejects, Boys like Girls, and my Brother was a singer in a band. I really liked it when he sang. He is also one of my greater inspirations.
I love Music. It’s one of those things that if it weren’t in this world, it wouldn’t be the same. Music alters people’s lives. It is a lot of people’s way of income. That is what my goal is. Make this, my job.
I taught myself Piano. What I mean is, my family got a piano when I was very young. I had begun to take piano lessons for about 2 months. I got the basics of it. My teacher moved away, and I just made chords and I think I had a gift of making rhythms because ever since about 7th grade I had been getting compliments on how I am really good at the piano. March 2013 was when I started to sing and write music because I was told that I was a pretty good singer by my girlfriend. My mom had told me that I was a good singer when I was younger when I would sing in the car.
Well, you pretty much know all there is to know about Casey Thomas. I want to work really hard to bring all of my listeners the best possible music I can write and sing. Can’t wait for you guys to hear the finished album in July!
Approach
I want to entertain my viewers. I haven't sang for many people. I do plan to go to Open Mic Nights to grow my audience I always try to work very hard on writing and singing my songs. since March 2013, I have written about 8 songs.
I Plan for the first Album, "LoveStruck Idiocity" to be a fully self-recorded album and future albums to be recorded in a recording studio of some type.
